This bar is made with our sweetest dark chocolate, making a great gift for milk chocolate lovers looking to try something new and a little darker. 

Theo makes a few different types of dark chocolate ranging from 55% to 85% cocoa percentages. Since dark chocolate does not include any milk powder, the difference between each cocoa percentage is the amount of sugar used in each. Higher percentage = less sweet.
