Leather Journal | World "Miles to Go"
The genuine leather cover of this journal features an intricate embossed design of a world map and a reminder of the "miles to go".
The leather is treated using a vegetable tanning method and treated with oils or water-based dyes to color the leather. Hand crafted with love and skill by each artisan, these cultural practices and tooling have been inherited through generations.
The uniquely soft pages within are also hand made. Artisans create a rich, textured paper by collecting cotton waste and turn it into a pulp that yields the uncommonly special pages.
