Also known as garden mint or common mint, our organic spearmint is grown in Northern India at the footsteps of the Himalaya. The oil has a sweet and warm aroma with fresh but less minty notes. Like peppermint, it is often used in cold remedies but it is also a great oil to help relax and destress.

Directions: Enjoy our oil in a diffuser, as a room spray, in a hot bath and as a massage oil.  Do not use more than 5-10 drops of essential oil for every 20ml of carrier oil, alcohol or water.
