Embossed with a handsome compass design, the Lead The Way Journal is handcrafted from buffalo leather and handmade paper by artisans working with our fair trade partner, Noah's Ark. Featuring deep brown buffalo leather and 90 pages of handmade, blank, cream-colored paper.
The leather is treated using a vegetable tanning method and treated with oils or water-based dyes to color the leather. Hand crafted with love and skill by each artisan, these cultural practices and tooling have been inherited through generations.
